InfoComm 2010 will take place on June 9-11, 2010, at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nev. NEC Display Solutions will exhibit in Booth No. N903, featuring a variety of its desktop monitors, commercial- and professional-grade LCD displays, multimedia and digital cinema projectors, as well as VUKUNET, the universal advertising platform that connects digital out-of-home networks with ad revenue.
Nominations from InfoComm exhibitors will be accepted at https://www.sharpnecdisplays.us/best/. Eligible products and services must be on display at InfoComm 2010 and have first-customer-ship dates between January 1, 2010, and September 30, 2010. Only one entry per exhibitor will be accepted.
"The Best of InfoComm competition acknowledges influential and beneficial products by the most important people - users of the products and services themselves," said Ashley Flaska, Vice President of Marketing for NEC Display Solutions. Public voting on exhibitor submissions begins May 1, 2010, and closes June 4, 2010. The five entries with the most public votes will be announced at the NEC booth on the first day of the conference and then judged by the following panel of industry leaders:
The sole winner will be selected on June 11 and be presented with the "Best of InfoComm Award" by NEC Display Solutions President and C.O.O. Pierre Richer.
Da-Lite Screen Company was the inaugural winner of the award in 2009. The AV pioneer selected the Infocomm Education Foundation as its recipient and matched the gift for a total donation of $50,000.
