Warranty Service – Digital Cinema Projectors

Whenever possible Sharp attempts to repair defective projectors rather than replace them. Contact our technical service representatives.

Service DOA:
On a rare occasion, a newly purchased cinema projector is delivered in non-working order. We work diligently to avoid these situations but, unfortunately, these situations do arise from time to time. Within the first 30 days of purchase, should you experience an issue with your new cinema projector (excluding damage); we ask that you contact Sharp for return authorization for replacement by calling Technical Support at 866.632.6431. Please note that your original proof-of-purchase will be required in order to facilitate the replacement of any defective Sharp or NEC display product and is subject to further replacement guidelines.
Onsite Support:
In the event you have an issue with your Digital Cinema projector, we offer onsite service support through our distribution partners. Please contact our support team to see if your unit qualifies. Our technical support agent will review your issue and work with you to provide the best service option available.


Out-of-Warranty Service

Sharp will continue to service its products, even after the standard warranty expires. In the event that a product fails outside of the warranty period, contact our support team and a technical service & support representative will provide you with the billable repair options available to you.
